I’m April, and I’m passionate about creating exceptional stays at our Broken Bow properties. I grew up in West Virginia and have lived in New York, Texas, Colorado, and Arizona, which has given me a broad perspective on what makes a getaway truly memorable.
As your Guest Experience Manager, I’m focused on making sure every part of your trip runs smoothly—from booking to checkout. I work behind the scenes to ensure your cabin is spotless, well-stocked, and ready for whatever you have planned, whether it’s a day on Broken Bow Lake, hiking in the Ouachita National Forest, or relaxing with family in a luxury cabin.
When I’m not taking care of guests, I’m usually with my family or volunteering with animal rescue organizations—I’m a proud cat mom. That same commitment to care and comfort guides how I treat every guest.
