"This house was excellent for our family gathering. It had everything for activities and amenities. The pickleball court and pool was fun and the inside games kept us all busy. We really enjoyed the house. Everything was as pictured. Great house!!"

"A fantastic choice for our group. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals for 12 people; it had every appliance that one would need. Great layout. Gaming tables were top-notch. Big mounted TVs no matter where you looked. No Wi-Fi issues. Pool and hot tub were immaculate. Sport court was very popular for basketball and pickleball. It was my lowest stress Airbnb stay ever. Eric was very kind and very responsive. If you like the pictures you won’t regret this choice!"

"I just want to start by saying this is the most breathtaking AirBnB I’ve stayed at in the Broken Bow area. We visited this AirBnB for my birthday, we were 10 guests total. Everything about the cabin felt luxurious and cozy! The rooms and bathrooms bask in natural light during the day. The pool is big and has a very smart design with a ledge all around it as well as built in “seats” at the deep end. They provided basketballs, footballs, paddle equipment, everything you could need to enjoy the amenities to the max! The air hockey, pool table and ping pong table were the greatest addition ever! We were lucky to enjoy beautiful sunny weather during our stay, but also got to experience a thunderstorm our last day, the cabin provided us with something to do at all hours and absolutely breathtaking views! The host accommodated our late check out with no problems. I do not have the words to describe truly just how much we enjoyed our stay here, thank you for a great birthday getaway!"

Any question we had was answered quickly, and it was clear they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. That level of hospitality is rare and it really made a difference. The cabin itself is charming, well kept, and has all the character you want from a Broken Bow retreat. The vibe here is unmatched. It felt less like a rental and more like a home away from home. "Our stay at this Airbnb truly exceeded all expectations. The house had everything as described, but once you arrive, it feels even more spectacular. Both kids and adults had an amazing time enjoying all the amenities, the court, the heated pool, the hot tub, the outdoor fire pit, and the multiple terraces. Everything was exceptionally clean and well organized, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Communication with Eric was also excellent. Very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. "Amazing house. We enjoyed our stay with multiple children of all ages. Large bedrooms and plenty of space. The lay out of the entire house works great for families. "Eric was great. He truly made sure we had a wonderful weekend getaway. He was so accommodating and made sure we were well taken care of. His team was great also. The house was perfect for our crew and the kids and adults all enjoyed themselves. The heated pool was the winner or the weekend. Hot tub was amazing too. Parents and kids all enjoyed themselves game room and all the quality time we got to spend together. The views and all the windows were amazing! Such a great space and beautiful area. Lastly we cannot rave enough about the comfort of the beds and bedding even down to the amazing throw blankets. We all agree that it was like sleeping on heavens clouds. These details really made our weekend unforgettable. We definitely will stay here or at any of Eric’s properties!"
