Why The Black-Beary

Two properties for one price — a private cabin with a full resort across the street.

Most Broken Bow rentals give you a cabin. The Black-Beary gives you two properties in one booking: a five-bedroom retreat for 18 on 1.5 private wooded acres, directly across the street from the pool and clubhouse at Three Creeks Reserve — with full resort access included in your rate. Resort pool with in-water loungers, tournament-ready pickleball with paddles provided, basketball, a splash fountain, fishing pond, and shaded trails, all closer than your mailbox back home.

Back on your side of the street, the cabin holds its own: a private zipline through the pines, a hot tub, a fire pit ringed with Adirondack chairs, an outdoor living room with stone fireplace and TV, and an outdoor pool table. Three private king bedrooms (two with ensuite baths) give couples room to retreat, while six queen beds across two bunk rooms — one with its own climbing wall — handle the rest of the crew.

FAQ

Questions guests ask before they book.

Is the Three Creeks resort really included, or is there a fee?
Included. Every Black-Beary stay comes with full access to the Three Creeks Reserve amenities across the street — pool, clubhouse, pickleball, basketball, fishing pond, trails, and more — at no extra cost. Amenities are shared with other Reserve guests.
Is the resort pool open year-round?
The community pool is seasonal; availability and hours are set by Three Creeks Reserve and may vary with weather or maintenance.
Does the cabin really have its own zipline?
Yes — a private zipline on the cabin's 1.5 wooded acres, for guest use. Riders must follow the posted weight and age guidelines.
How many people can sleep in real beds?
Eighteen. Three private king bedrooms (two with ensuite baths) plus six queen beds across two bunk rooms — nine real beds, no sofa-bed surprises.
How far is Beavers Bend State Park?
About five minutes. Broken Bow Lake and Hochatown's restaurants, breweries and attractions are a short drive beyond.
Can I charge my EV at the cabin?
Yes — there's a dedicated charging outlet on-site; bring your vehicle's compatible charging cord.
