The Avalon

"That was our 15th annual Broken Bow summer trip and Eric’s house was the best place we have stayed. We had 12 in mine and my siblings family total in this cabin and 10 in my cousins family who stayed in the house next door connected by the path and it was absolutely perfect since we change off cooking each night. We will be back."

"We had an amazing stay at Avalon Cabin during our softball tournament! It comfortably accommodated all four of our families with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The home and property are absolutely stunning—beautifully maintained and the perfect place to relax after long days at the ballpark. One feature that was a total game changer was the double washer and dryers. With multiple softball families and piles of uniforms, towels, and clothes, they made laundry so much easier! A helpful tip for future guests: Google Maps got us to the cabin much more accurately than Apple Maps. Eric was an outstanding host. He was flexible with our check-in, responded quickly to any questions, and even helped us promptly after we accidentally left a few belongings behind after checkout. His hospitality made the experience even better. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely book Avalon Cabin again!"

"This was an amazing stay. The photos don’t do it justice. The beds are so comfortable with nice quality pillows. Perfect for our family of 12. The kids bunk room is on the other side from the king bedrooms. Everyone had their own bathroom. The arcade is by the kids as well. The windows keep nature in view at all times. Such a peaceful and relaxing trip with all of the amenities you could want. Will definitely be returning."

"Beautiful cabin with well appointed bedrooms and baths. We lived on the back porch! (And got married there!) I rate the cabin 5 stars but my rating of the amenities is a 4. We had a weekend of fun and games planned for a competitive bunch, but several things needed fixing/were not usable. Hosts were great; everything we asked to be fixed was addressed promptly, but at some point we had to focus on our wedding."

"We absolutely loved this place! We had the most beautiful wedding on the deck and Eric was gracious enough to allow it! Would come back at any time it’s gorgeous!"

"The house was exactly as described: clean, spacious, and beautiful. We especially enjoyed playing shuffle board and all the machines in the arcade-and we were a bunch of 80 years old women there to play bridge. The kitchen was outstanding and well furbished. We are looking forward to going back next year."

"We had a girls weekend and we had a blast! Beautiful house super close to everything. Would stay here again. Eric was wonderful with responding to our questions. We arrived late in the evening and had some questions about the keypad. Eric answered immediately and walked us through getting in."

"10/10 would recommend books Eric’s place. The cabin is beautiful & the location is perfect. Eric is also a great communicator. We had one minor issue & he was working to fix it within minutes. We would for sure stay here again."

"Celebrated my 30th and my friends and I cannot stop talking about how much we love this cabin. I love how it’s one floor so everyone feels together. The indoor/outdoor living is perfect. Comfortable beds!! We also loved how each room had different light fixtures. Truly one of my favorite Air BNBs I’ve ever stayed at with the kindest host! I will be booking this place again and hope to book some of Eric’s other properties!"
