Why Sanctuary at the Summit

A mountaintop villa where the infinity pool meets the horizon.

Sanctuary at the Summit sits on nearly 1.5 private acres atop Carter Mountain, with almost 5,000 square feet designed around long views over the Broken Bow pines. The great room, chef’s kitchen, pool deck, hot tub and four king-suite balconies all face the landscape, giving a group of up to 20 room to gather without losing the setting.

Four king suites each have a private full bathroom and outdoor queen swing bed. King Suite 2 also has a sleeper sofa; the fifth bedroom holds two queen beds, four twin beds and a second sleeper sofa beside a dedicated playroom. Outside, a heated infinity pool, private hot tub, fire pit, outdoor kitchen and upper and lower decks turn the summit into the main event.
