Hi, I’m Eric. I was born and raised in Paris, France, and have spent the last 30+ years in California and Oregon.
I bought my first vacation home in Bend, Oregon in 2020 as a personal escape from Portland and the Covid chaos. I put it on Airbnb almost as an experiment—and quickly realized I had a knack for it. Since then, I’ve grown into owning several vacation rentals across Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Georgia, West Virginia, and Oklahoma.
What really sets me apart from most property managers is my tech background. I spent about 30 years optimizing cloud software for a major tech company, working with large-scale systems, data, and performance tuning. In 2024, I left that world to focus full-time on my vacation rental business. Now I use those same skills—analytics, automation, pricing optimization, and experimentation—to tailor each cabin to both guests and owners.
Because of this data-driven approach, our properties consistently rank in the top 10 performers in their markets. I love treating every cabin like a product to be continuously improved—and there’s nothing better than delighted guests and owners who see real, measurable returns.
