Dreams & Streams is the highest-capacity, sleeping up to 36 in a single creekside property with seven bedrooms and two bunk rooms. For groups that prefer two separate homes, Arcadia + Avalon sleeps up to 34 across two cabins.

Dreams & Streams is the strongest for families with kids — two bunk rooms, a playground, a private creek, and a game room keep younger guests busy. LivNLove also works well, with a large bunk room, a lighted sport court, and dual game rooms.
