"Beautiful home at an absolute perfect location for nature lovers. Perfect part of the river, and despite not being great fishers we caught a lot. Perfect view to start the day or relax in the evening, with a beautiful view of the river from the back porch. Pool was nice and the living areas and sleeping arrangements were all very comfortable. Lastly, the host was very responsive with any questions. We will come back."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolute paradise! We never wanted to leave! We had the most incredible stay! This huge house was perfect for our party of four families (with two kids each)—there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out comfortably, and having 5 bathrooms was a total game-changer for a group our size. The outdoor setup is unbeatable. It felt absolutely private, with a peaceful river running right along the back of the property. The kids and adults both loved spending hours in the heated pool and jacuzzi. Plus, the location couldn't be better—you are just steps away from the community clubhouse, pool, and pickleball courts! When we did decide to venture out, it was super convenient being only about 10 miles away from Broken Bow Lake and great local food options. Kudos to Eric and his team. NO DOUBT THE BEST..!!! Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. We made unforgettable memories here and would absolutely stay again! Highly recommend."
